This 2 day Skidsteer loader operator camp is designed for people with limited or no experience!
A qualified operator can earn $15 – $20+ per hour in central Virginia and more in other areas.

The first day will consist of an overview of operations, how to properly conduct a pre-use inspection, required safety measures and approximately 6 hrs seat time.
We use a Caterpillar 259 B3 hand controlled, open cab, track machine.
Load and unload earth, sand & gravel from concrete bins and bulk piles.
Back fill, grading and bucket removal and re-installation.
Driving on flat ground, inclines, declines, ditches, gravel, sand, grass and maybe a mud pit if its rainy.
Learn to navigate in open and congested areas.
An operators study guide and homework assignment will be given to each attendee.
The second day will start with a 3 hour workbook review followed by the written exam.
45 minutes are allotted to complete the exam.
Lunch is included in your tuition.
After lunch, students have the remainder of the day of practice maneuvers. (up to 3 hrs seat time)
Finally, attendees must demonstrate the ability to complete a pre-use inspection.
After completing the inspection, operators will use our course to take the skills confirmation testing.
One hour is allowed to complete the skills confirmation segment. (10 hrs. total seat time at completion)
Attendees who pass both segments of the class will receive a Photo ID operator badge and Certificate of Completion.
This course meets or exceeds all Federal and State regulations and is valid for three (3) years.
